What is your return policy for intimate apparel?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasonal launches.
